• 2 tbsp. Cento Oil (Italian Blended or Olive)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp. Bellino Minced Garlic
  • 3 oz. prosciutto or pancetta, chopped
  • 1 can (28 oz.) Cento Chef's Cut Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. Cento Basil or 3 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lb. Anna Perciatelli
  • salt and pepper
  • Cento Grated Romano Cheese

Sauté onion in oil until softened. Add garlic and prosciutto. Sauté until garlic just begins to brown. Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.

Cook Anna pasta according to package directions. Drain and top with sauce. Sprinkle with Cento Grated Romano Cheese to taste.
