stalk of celery cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tsp. Cento Basil

In saucepan, brown diced onion in
1/4 cup of Cento Oil. Add Cento Crushed Tomatoes, celery, water, basil, salt and
pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over
