• Cento Oil (Italian Blended, Corn or Olive)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 can (28 oz.) Cento Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 stalk of celery cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp. Cento Basil
  • salt and pepper

In saucepan, brown diced onion in 1/4 cup of Cento Oil. Add Cento Crushed Tomatoes, celery, water, basil, salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
